Delivery & Exchanges
We deliver Australia wide using Express Post only. International parcels are shipped using Australia Post air mail.
Please Note:
We are based in Melbourne and express post normally delivers the next day for most locations across Australia. Please allow approx. 2 – 3 business days to receive your order – if you are not a part of Australia Post’s next day delivery network. WA & remote QLD orders may to take longer. We will contact you if there is a lengthier delay for items that are out of stock or made to order.
Customer Guarantee / Returns & Exchanges
We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not be worn, damaged or packaging tampered with and tags are still attached.
Please note: All sales items are final.

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to:

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.
Exchanges: please include a self – addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be sent in.
Returns: You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.
Faulty items: You will be credited for the goods and postage once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
