Delivery & Exchanges
We deliver Australia wide using Express Post only. International parcels are shipped using Registered Post International (Air mail).
Please Note
We are based in Melbourne and express post normally delivers the next day for most locations across Australia. Please allow approx. 2-3 business days to process your order plus typical express post timings. Deliveries outside the Australia Post’s next day delivery network and WA & remote QLD orders may to take longer. Public holidays and Sale orders may also cause some delay. We will contact you if there is a delay and for items that are out of stock. The cost for deliveries within Australia is dependent on the weight of the parcel. As an indication only; the average cost of parcels between 500grams and 5kg is $9.50.
International parcels sent via Registered Post International (Air mail) can take upto 5-7 days depending on the destination country. Please see http://auspost.com.au/personal/sending-overseas.html for more information on postage charges and delivery times.
Customer Guarantee / Returns & Exchanges
We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not be worn, damaged or packaging tampered with and tags are still attached.

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to:

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.
Exchanges: please include a self – addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be sent in.
Returns: You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.
Faulty items: You will be credited for the goods and postage once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
