The program is open to anyone aged 18 years or older.
For every $1 (AUD) you spend in store or online, you will earn 1 reward point. The more you spend, the more you are rewarded through our four tiers (Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Reach the Bronze, Silver or Gold tiers in a quarter (3 months) to receive a quarterly rewards voucher!

You will automatically earn reward points when you shop online at purebaby.com.au or in store, as long as you are using the same email address you first signed up with.

Click and Collect orders will be reflected in your tier spend after the collection of your Click and Collect order.
No, only purchases from Purebaby standalone stores, outlets or online at purebaby.com.au count towards your Pure Love Rewards profile.
Of course! As soon as you create your account you will start earning rewards points. Ensure that you use the email address that you signed up with!
You earn rewards points on everything you purchase online at purebaby.com.au and in Purebaby standalone or outlet stores (this excludes David Jones and non-Purebaby stores)*.
Please note that you cannot earn points on the purchase of Gift Cards.

You will earn one reward point for every $1 (AUD) spent in-store or online. For example, if you spend $60 (AUD) you will earn 60 points which will go towards your quarterly tier spend.

Yes, you need to reach either the Bronze, Silver or Gold tiers to receive a quarterly rewards voucher. You can reach each of these tiers by spending the below in a particular three month period:
- Bronze: Spend between $200-499 to receive a $20 (AUD) voucher.
- Silver: Spend between $500-999 to receive a $75 (AUD) voucher.
- Gold: Spend $1,000 or more to receive a $250 (AUD voucher).
Yes, your spend will reset and reward points will revert back to 0 at the completion of each quarter. Our quarterly spend dates are as follows:
- Quarter 1: 1 January to 31 March
- Quarter 2: 1 April to 30 June
- Quarter 3: 1 July to 30 September
- Quarter 4: 1 October to 31 December
Rewards vouchers are distributed within two weeks after the completion of the previous quarter (three months).
Our quarter dates are as follows:
- Quarter 1: 1 January to 31 March
- Quarter 2: 1 April to 30 June
- Quarter 3: 1 July to 30 September
- Quarter 4: 1 October to 31 December
At the end of each quarter, your status and spend will reset.
If you've reached either Bronze, Silver or Gold tier status, your reward voucher will be distributed within two weeks after the end of the current quarter.

To redeem your Rewards Voucher online, simply enter the voucher number and pin to the Apply Gift Card field in checkout*.
To redeem in store, supply one of our friendly staff members your voucher details at the counter!
*Rewards vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Any outstanding balance will be forfeited.
Yes, reward vouchers are only valid for a limited time, with the expiry date specified on the voucher. Once a voucher has expired, it may no longer be used. We cannot extend the life of your rewards voucher.
Reward vouchers can be redeemed on any product in-store!
Reward vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards or vouchers. They must be used in a single transaction and any outstanding balance will be forfeited.
Easy! Vouchers can be used as part payment. You can use an alternative payment method for the remainder of your transaction amount.
You can update your account by logging into your profile online, or asking one of our staff in-store. Alternatively, our Customer Service team is happy to assist.
Yes, a missed transaction can be added at a later date but not if the quarter has ended. Please contact us with your receipt or order number and preferred email address to have your points added to the correct account.
No, points are personal to an account and cannot be transferred to another person.
You can view all of your current rewards vouchers in your Online account. Simply login to your account and navigate to the Your Rewards tab. Here you can see your active rewards vouchers*.
*Voucher list updates once per day, does not reflect orders that are not yet fulfilled and may not reflect vouchers that have already been redeemed. Vouchers expire strictly on the expiry date and cannot be extended. Reward vouchers must be spent in one transaction. No change is given.

Your reward voucher will be sent to the email you supplied upon joining. As such, it is important to ensure your details are kept up to date.
Please note we cannot supply rewards vouchers to those who have unsubscribed from our Mailing List.
Reward vouchers are distributed within two weeks of the quarter ending. If you still have not received a voucher after this time, please ensure your email address is up to date. You can check this in-store or online at purebaby.com.au.
If for any reason you believe you were entitled to a voucher or the value of your voucher is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team.
