- Please allow 2-4 business days* for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
- All Australian orders are sent via Startrack Express Service.
- Free express shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100.
- For all Australian orders placed under $100, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10.00.
- Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Signature is required on delivery.
- Authorisation to leave can be requested during checkout, however, Startrack reserves the right to not leave the parcel.
- Purebaby is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hospitals.

- Minimum spend of $50 AUD applies to all international orders, excluding postage costs.
- Flat rate shipping of $19.95 for international orders (excluding customs duties/tax).
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. Orders are shipped via DHL couriers.
- Depending on the destination some International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please be mindful of this if purchasing as a gift.
- Customers are responsible for any importing taxes or duties that are applied to your order. We would recommend contacting your local DHL service to confirm the duties and taxes specific to your area. As most countries do charge duty and tax fees on all orders regardless of the amount. It is best to get in touch directly with DHL to confirm.
- Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customers. If a parcel is refused at customs due to duties & taxes fees, your order will be destroyed by customs and a refund will not be provided.
- We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
- We unfortunately cannot deliver to Russia.
- If delivering to Brazil please enter your Tax ID (CPF number) in the delivery instructions.
Gift Voucher Delivery
- Gift vouchers are delivered either electronically via the nominated email address or sent via post. Both options can be selected when adding the selected Gift Voucher to your cart.
Click & Collect
- Click and Collect is available in all of our Purebaby stores. To view your closest store, click here.
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please await a second email indicating that your order is ready for collection at your local Purebaby store, before heading into store.
- To see if your closest store has a particular item in stock, simply press ‘find in store’ on the particular product page and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, you can choose Click & Collect as a delivery method in the cart page.
- Click and Collect is available in Purebaby stores only. This does not include stockists.
- If your item/s are out of stock at your chosen store, a refund will be issued back onto your original form of payment.

- Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays whilst in transit.
Partial Orders and Availability
- Available items will be dispatched in a timely manner, however, if any items are on backorder they will be sent once available, at no extra charge.
- If you wish to cancel a short picked item please contact us at email@example.com.
- If an item is unavailable and is not available at any stores we will refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.
