Purebaby Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.purebaby.com.au.

If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and may be used at a later date, as long as it is within 36 months of the original purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher amount you can pay the balance of the item using an alternate payment method. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

Please note you can only redeem two gift vouchers per transaction.

Online Orders

Any claims for damaged or incorrect Goods identified upon delivery or incorrect delivery must be advised in writing to Purebaby by contacting online@purebaby.com.au within 21 days of receiving the Goods and the email must contain the WEB- order number. If no contact is received within 21 days, then it shall be deemed that you have accepted that the Goods were correctly delivered and received.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts within Australia.

Pure Love Rewards

General

1. Individuals who join the Pure Love Rewards Program agree to be bound by these Pure Love Terms and Conditions. 

2. The Pure Love Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Purebaby in its absolute discretion. Any modification to the Pure Love Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Rewards Member retrospectively.

3. Purebaby will not accept any liability for any Rewards Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.

4. Purebaby will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Pure Love Rewards Program.

5. Purebaby is not responsible for any misused Rewards Member login credentials and the Rewards Member must ensure they keep their personal login credentials confidential and do not share with any third parties.

6. Purebaby may collect personal information from Rewards Members for the purpose of facilitating the Pure Love Rewards Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Purebaby’s Privacy Policy.

7. Purebaby reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Pure Love Rewards Program or any aspect of it or at its election, to payout any Rewards, reset Spend or Points Balances, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, Purebaby reserve the right to transfer Rewards Members to such other loyalty or rewards program owned, operated, managed or administered by Purebaby, its ‘related bodies corporates’ or ‘associated entities’ as those terms are defined in Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

8. Purebaby may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Rewards Member to provide to Purebaby proof of identification (in a form requested by Purebaby) for Purebaby to verify the authenticity of a Rewards Member’sRewards Membership and compliance with the Pure Love Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Rewards Member’s involvement in the Pure Love Rewards Program.

9. Purebaby will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Rewards Member in connection with the Pure Love Rewards Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of Rewards.

10. These Pure Love Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Purebaby policies and or terms and conditions.

11. Purebaby’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Pure Love Rewards Program is final and binding.

12. Any failure or delay by Purebaby in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Purebaby must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Purebaby.

13. Nothing in these Pure Love Terms and Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Pure Love Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Pure Love Terms and Conditions.

Rewards Membership

14. Rewards Membership of the Pure Love Rewards Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.

15. An individual becomes a Rewards Member at the Join Date.

16. An individual is deemed to be a Rewards Member when they sign up in store or online.

17. When joining in-store, a sales consultant will record the individual’s full name and email address at the register. Other details may be optionally recorded. An individual may update their Rewards Member Profile at any time by visiting the Website. It is the Rewards Member’s responsibility to update their Rewards Member Profile including their email, surname, birthday, contact number and postal address. If a Rewards Member has not provided or updated Purebaby with correct details, Purebaby may not be able to contact the Rewards Member about their Rewards Membership, Rewards, special offers or entry to competitions.

18. Applications may also be completed online by creating an account on the Pure Love Rewards page, the Create an Account Page or during the Checkout process.

19. Upon joining the Pure Love Rewards Program, a Rewards Member will be allocated to a Pure Love Rewards Program tier on the basis of the transaction spend that qualified them to apply for Rewards Membership. Details of the tiers are outlined below:

  • Member: Spend 0-$199.99
  • Bronze: Spend $200-$499.99
  • Silver: Spend $500-$999.99
  • Gold: Spend $1000-$2499.99
  • Platinum: Spend $2499.99+

20. At any time, Rewards Members may only have one account to the Pure Love Rewards Program.

21. Rewards Members must be individuals and not corporate entities.

22. Rewards Members may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person.

23. Purebaby reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Rewards Member’s account to the Pure Love Rewards Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.

24. By joining the Pure Love Rewards Program, an individual consents to Purebaby contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products and special offers by any means of communication.Unsubscribing to these communications may result in rewards being missed and Purebaby is not responsible for this.

Earning Pure Love Rewards

25. ThePure Love Rewards Program operates by attributing different Rewards (as nominated by Purebaby from time to time) to the various tiers of the Pure Love Rewards Program.

26. Rewards are calculated based on Valid Purchases made by Rewards Members in Purebaby owned stores and the Website. For example, if a Rewards Member spends $100 in a Purebaby store and $250 on the Website on Valid Purchases on the same day (between 12:00AM to 11:59:99PM AEST), their daily spend will be combined to total $350, and they will receive the equivalent amount of Rewards Points depending on their Tier Status.

27. Rewards Members are allocated to tiers on the basis of their Spend Balance.

28. When a Rewards Member completes a transaction in-store and identifies themselves in-store by presenting their Purebaby Rewards Membership account or photo identification or online by logging into their online Rewards Member account, the net amount of the Valid Purchase is added to theirPoints Balance and Tier Spend Balance on the day after the transaction is made. 

29. Purebaby will not retrospectively update a Rewards Member’s account with prior transactions. It is the Rewards Member’s responsibility to identify themselves in store or logged into their account online at the time of transaction to earn Rewards.

30. Where a Valid Purchase is made in store, Rewards will be calculated based on the day the order is made in store and loaded onto the Rewards Member’s Purebaby account up to 24 hours after the Valid Purchase is made.

31. Where a Valid Purchase is made online or by a Floor to Door order in-store, Rewards will be calculated based on the day the order is dispatched (not made) and will be loaded onto the Rewards Member’s Purebaby Rewards Membership account up to 24 hours after the Valid Purchase is dispatched (not made). For example, the Rewards Member will see their recent purchase reflected in their account up to 24 hours after they receive notification that their order has been dispatched.

32. The currency in which Rewards are earned will be in AUD.

33. At its sole discretion, Purebaby may update a Rewards Member’s Tier Status and/or Points as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.

34. Purebaby reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Rewards awarded in error or Rewards earned fraudulently.

35. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes. Rewards do not represent legal tender in any country.

36. Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction.Purchases made with a gift card or gift voucher will not go towards points earned or a Tier Status.

37. If a Rewards Membership is terminated from the Pure Love Rewards Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

38. Rewards can be earned from Valid Purchases using layby, Afterpay or an alternative buy now, pay later payment method. Rewards earned from a purchase using Afterpay will be issued up to 24 hours after purchase in-store and up to 24 hours after order dispatch if the Afterpay transaction was made online. Rewards will be earned on transactions using layby up to 24 hours of the last payment when the order has been paid for in full.

39. When a Rewards Member returns a purchase for a refund in-store or via post, the net amount of the transaction will be deducted from the Rewards Member's Tier Spend Balance and the Points that were previously awarded will be adjusted or reversed. This may result in the Rewards Member having a negative Tier Balance or Points Balance.

40. If an online order is cancelled, Purebaby may adjust or reverse Rewards that were previously awarded to a Rewards Member in that transaction.

41. Rewards Members can view their Rewards at any time by logging into their account online on the Website.

Tiers and Associated Rewards

42. Rewards Members are allocated to tiers on the basis of their Spend Balance (a Rewards Member's 'status') in the following manner:

43. A Rewards Member may move at any time to a higher tier in the Pure Love Rewards Program when that Rewards Member’s Spend Balance qualifies them to move to the higher tier.

44. A Rewards Member's net cumulative spend (i.e. after all discounts, returns etc. have been applied) on Valid Purchases in the previous rolling 12-month period will determine their Tier Status. For example, a Rewards Member's Tier Status as at the period 1 April 2025 will be their Tier Status during the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. If a Rewards Member moves up or down a Tier in that period, their 12-month period will restart from the date of the Tier Earned.

45. All Valid Purchases will contribute to a Rewards Member’s Tier Spend Balance and Points Balance.

46. All Valid Purchases that are returned for a refund will be subtracted from a Rewards Member’s Tier and Points. This may result in the Rewards Member having a negative Tier Balance or Points.

Redemption of Rewards

47. Rewards can only be redeemed on purchases of Purebaby merchandise made at a Purebaby store or Purebaby’s Website.

48. To redeem any applicable Reward when transacting online on the Website or in store, a Rewards Member must ensure they are logged into a valid account on the Purebaby Website.

49. The currency in which Rewards are redeemed is AUD.

50. Rewards can be redeemed in conjunction with another offer unless otherwise indicated.

51. Rewards can be redeemed as payment for any part of a layby purchase, unless otherwise indicated.

52. Rewards can be redeemed as payment for Afterpay or other Buy Now, Pay Later purchases at the time of purchasing before the first payment takes place.

53. If there is an expiry date on a Reward, the Rewards expiry date will dictate how long it can be used for in each tier, after which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Purebaby reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without notice.

54. Purebaby will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are lost, stolen or not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.

55. Rewards can only be redeemed once.

56. Purebaby reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

57. Returns: If a customer wishes to return a purchase for reasons other than that the goods are faulty or misdescribed

  • (a) any Reward redeemed or utilised during the original purchase that is being refunded will be forfeited;
  • (b) any Reward redeemed or utilised during the original purchase can be honoured for an exchange if the exchange takes place on the same day as the return; and is of equal or higher value of the original transaction prior to any discount and/or rewards applied, otherwise it will be forfeited; and
  • (c) any Reward that may otherwise have been obtained (such as through being promoted to a higher tier) will be kept but the Rewards Member will have the value of the return transaction deducted from their Spend Balance. This may result in the Rewards Member having a negative Tier Balance.

Definitions

"Anniversary" means the Rewards Members Join Date.

"Purebaby" means Purebaby Pty Ltd ABN 32 111 171 950its related entities and its authorised representatives.

"Pure Love Rewards Membership" means the Pure Love Rewards Rewards Member account allocated to the Rewards Member.

"Pure Love Rewards Program" means the rewards program operated by Purebaby providing Rewards Members with access to Rewards in accordance with these Pure Love Terms and Conditions.

"Effective Date" means 16 April 2024.

"Join Date" means the date a Rewards Member joins the Pure Love Rewards Program.

"Rewards Member Emails" means emails that are sent from Purebaby to a Rewards Member including emails about the individual's Rewards Membership, the Pure Love Rewards Program, special offers, discounts, competitions and events.

"Rewards Member Profile" means the personal details of the Rewards Member.

"Floor to Door" means an online order placed on behalf of a Rewards Member by Purebaby staff where a full priced item is not available in-store.

“Points Balance” means the points balance displayed in a Rewards Member’s account at a point in time from Valid Purchases.Points are earned by customers spending in store or online at Purebaby, and the number of points is dependent on their current Tier Status.

"Pure Love Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

"Rewards" means rewards or other benefits given to Rewards Members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions. Transactions made by a RewardsMember in one day (between 12:00:00 AM and 11:59:59 PM AEST) will be added to their Points Balance and Tier Status. Depending on the purchase amount, the Rewards Member may move up or down a tier, or be eligible to redeem a Reward. A Rewards Member's daily spend will be added up at the end of the day.

"Rewards Member" means individuals who sign up to the Pure Love Rewards Program and covers all tiers – Rewards Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

"12 Month Spend Balance" means a Reward Member's net cumulative spend (i.e. after all discounts, returns etc. have been applied) on Valid Purchases in a rolling 12-month period. For example, a Rewards Member's Tier Status as at the period 1 April 2025 will be their Tier Status during the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. If a Rewards Member moves up or down a Tier in that period, their 12-month rolling period will restart from the date of the Tier Earned.

"Technical Issues" means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer on line systems, app, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or intranet site.

"Tier Spend Balance" means a Rewards Member's net cumulative spend (i.e. after all discounts, returns etc. have been applied) on Valid Purchases whilst they are a Rewards Member of a tier. Valid Spend from transactions made in store are added to a Rewards Member's Tier Balance on the day the transaction is made and Valid Spend from transactions made online are added to the Rewards Member's Tier Balance on the day the order is dispatched (not made). Tier Spend Balance is calculated in AUD. Tier Spend Balance in your Rewards Member Profile will be displayed in AUD.

"Valid Purchases" means all purchases except gift cards, gift boxes, delivery costs and selected merchandise which Purebaby determines will not be eligible towards your Tier Status and towards earning any Points. Purchases made with a rewards gift voucher, gift card or gift voucher will not earn any points or go towards a Rewards Member’s tier status. Any purchases which are returned for a refund will not constitute Valid Purchases. Purchases of Purebaby merchandise made at David Jones, The Iconic and any other wholesaler/non Purebaby owned location will not constitute Valid Purchases.

"Website" refers to the Purebaby website – www.purebaby.com.au and mobile app, where details of the Pure Love Rewards Program (including the most up to date Terms and Conditions) can be found and where Rewards Members can monitor their Rewards Member status and Rewards Member Profile.
