For stockists based in Australia, first orders must be over AU$1,000 wholesale value, and orders thereafter must be over AU$500 (ex GST).

For all international stockists, first orders must be over US$2,000 wholesale value, orders thereafter must be over US$1,500. No GST is applied to international orders.

After payment is received, the order takes 2-3 days to pack and despatch from our Melbourne warehouse.

For all stockists based in Australia, shipping is free via Startrack couriers with minimum order value. A tracking number will be provided upon despatch.

For all stockists based in USA & Canada, shipping is included.

For all international stockists, a percentage of the order value will be charged for DHL courier door-to-door service. For all first orders Purebaby will share the shipping cost.

No we don’t accept wholesale returns for change of mind.

In the unlikely event you receive a product with manufacturing defect, a credit note will be processed to the value paid.
