Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organisation that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Powered by volunteers, every year Dress for Success Australian Affiliates support more than 5,000 women into employment across the country. Dress for Success’ signature Styling Service and suite of Career Support offerings aim to help women overcome bias and discrimination when entering or re-entering the workforce - at no cost to the women needing the services.
This International Women's Day, Dress for Success is celebrating the resilience and determination of women working towards employment and financial independence through their Empower Every Step campaign.
Dress for Success provides free personal styling, career support, and job-readiness programs to help women overcome barriers to work and take confident steps towards their future. A professional outfit can unlock confidence, a one-on-one career session can open doors, and job-readiness programs can create new opportunities. For the women they support, every step forward is monumental. This campaign highlights their journeys and the impact of access to the right tools, resources and encouragement.
