Meet the On Safari Collection

Come on Safari with our new collection inspired by the adventure and treasures explored and discovered in the beautiful African safari. Our Design team developed this collection across a 12 month period, sketching and sampling to produce the perfect summer collection.

At the start of the designing process our team went on a trip to the Melbourne Royal Botanical Gardens to be inspired and explore the South African garden collection. The team also drew their inspiration from the colours, crafts and wildlife found in Africa, including the beautiful landscapes, spices and gems.

The palette for this collection is rich and bright with lots of earthy sand colours. Including khaki, warm yellows, corals and vibrant blues and lilacs.

Animals are always a big feature in our collections, this season we focus on African animals including elephants, lions, giraffes, and hippos. As well as the smaller creatures, like birds, monkeys and meerkats. These animals provided a lot of enjoyment for our team when developing fun graphic ideas.

The collection includes a range of growsuits, rompers, overalls, dresses, and graphic tees, to get your little ones summer wardrobe sorted. Made with 100% organic cotton, they are durable and oh so comfortable, whilst also being kind to our environment.

We have really gone above and beyond for this collection by combining the perfect colour palette and artworks with our high quality, sustainable materials. There is so much fun to be had with the animals and designs we have created that allow for children to interact with them!

It’s hard to pick a favourite but I really love the Animal bums relaxed tee. It's unique, interactive, and features great colours. I hope it gives little ones and parents alike the giggles!

One of my favourite pieces is the patchwork dress. It has a charming and vibrant patchwork print with stunning colours that reminds me of warm summers. This dress is perfect for any occasion, and you can easily dress it up or down according to your preference. The patchwork design is bright, playful, and visually appealing.

My favourite style is our Peekaboo bodysuits, I love their individual textural and interactive qualities. The Giraffe has a fuzzy chenille embroidery and the lion a fringe mane. However, my favourite is the elephant – I love the 3D felt ears and trunk!

We’ve curated this collection to make outfitting a breeze with each style being able to seamlessly mix and match together to suit any summer activity you have planned with your little ones. To make it even easier, we’ve taken the guesswork out of outfitting completely, with a range of predetermined set styles (which also make the perfect gift!).

Our must-have styles include beautiful design details such as delicate embroideries and appliqués, sweet prints and watercolour illustrations. The team were inspired by textiles and trims made from natural materials, basket weaving, pottery, fringing and embroidery. There is a lot of detail in our collections, and we want each piece to look as beautiful as possible for customers.
