Both come in long and short sleeve versions, covering baby's torso. However, bodysuits only cover the nappy area, while growsuits have either short or long legs. This means that baby gets more coverage in a growsuit, keeping them warmer, while a bodysuit has less coverage over their legs, keeping them cooler.
