Purebaby “Win Your Order Back” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Purebaby Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 32 111 171 950 (“Purebaby”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotional Period

This promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 8 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of Purebaby or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Orders with a total value exceeding AUD $500 are excluded from this promotion.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:

Subscribe to the Purebaby email list during the Promotional Period; and
Place an order on the Purebaby website (www.purebaby.com.au) during the Promotional Period.

Each eligible order automatically counts as one (1) entry. Entrants must remain subscribed to Purebaby emails at the time of the prize draw to be eligible.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be drawn each day during the Promotional Period.
Each daily winner will receive a Purebaby e-voucher equal to the value of their winning order (excluding shipping costs, discounts, and gift card purchases).
The voucher is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The voucher must be used in accordance with Purebaby’s standard voucher terms and conditions.

6. Prize Draw & Winner Notification

Daily winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries at the end of the Promotional Period (on or about 2 December 2025).
Winners will be notified via email using the address associated with their subscription within 5 business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement winner may be selected at Purebaby’s discretion.

7. General Conditions

Purebaby reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Purebaby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent it from proceeding as planned.
Decisions made by Purebaby regarding this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Purebaby. Participants may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the draw date may render them ineligible.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Purebaby’s Privacy Policy and used only for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
